Martin Vogel, a Paralympic athlete himself (Wheelchair racing), painted this image with a technique where he uses the wheels of his wheelchair. In 2002 President Rogge watched a demonstration of Vogel’s talent.

Fine Art Ltd., Official Licensee for the Salt Lake City Olympic Committee, had several galleries around the Olympic Village during the Salt Lake Games to participate in the Olympic Arts Festival.
